Carbon Filters PurifyLogix Box Replacement Durable Charcoal 6 Pack

Description

Product Overview

PurifyLogix brings a premium solution for cat owners who demand a clean, odor‑free environment. Our carbon filters are engineered specifically for the Petmate Booda Clean Step litter system, ensuring a perfect fit without the need for trimming or adjustments. Each filter is constructed from high‑grade carbon fiber derived from natural coconut shells, peat, wood, and sawdust, creating a dense matrix of microscopic pores that capture and neutralize volatile compounds released by cat waste.

The thickened, durable design adds structural integrity, preventing sagging or deformation even under the weight of a full litter drawer. With a compact footprint of 4.3″ D × 5.1″ W × 0.49″ H and a lightweight 3.52‑ounce profile, the filters sit discreetly beneath the litter, maintaining the sleek aesthetic of the Booda Clean Step system. Each pack contains six filters, providing a month‑long supply when replaced on a regular schedule, which helps maintain consistent air quality and reduces the frequency of deep cleaning.

Our filters undergo rigorous quality testing to verify their adsorption capacity and durability. The activated charcoal is treated to enhance its surface area, allowing it to bind odor‑causing molecules such as ammonia, sulfides, and organic acids. This technology not only eliminates unpleasant smells but also helps control excess moisture, preventing the litter box from becoming a breeding ground for bacteria and mold. The result is a fresher home environment and a healthier space for both cats and their owners.

Usage

Installation is straightforward: simply lift the litter drawer, remove the old filter, and slide the new PurifyLogix carbon filter into place. No tools, measuring, or cutting are required, making the process quick and hassle‑free. The filter’s universal shape aligns perfectly with the Booda Clean Step’s internal compartment, ensuring a snug seal that maximizes airflow through the activated charcoal layer.

These filters excel in a variety of household settings, from small apartments to larger family homes. Whether your cat prefers a clumping litter, crystal pellets, or biodegradable options, the filter’s performance remains consistent. It is especially effective in homes with multiple cats, where odor control is critical. By replacing the filter once a month—or more frequently in high‑traffic environments—you maintain optimal air quality, reduce the need for frequent litter changes, and extend the lifespan of the litter itself.

FAQ

How often should I replace the filter?

For optimal odor control, we recommend replacing the filter every 30 days. In homes with multiple cats or higher humidity, a bi‑weekly change may provide even fresher results.

Are the filters safe for my cat?

Yes. The filters are made from non‑toxic, pet‑safe materials such as coconut‑derived charcoal, peat, wood, and sawdust. They contain no harmful chemicals and are fully sealed, so your cat cannot ingest any part of the filter.

Can I use these filters with other litter box models?

These filters are specifically sized for the Petmate Booda Clean Step series. While they may fit some similar‑sized boxes, we recommend using the exact model for the best seal and performance.

What if the filter does not eliminate odor as expected?

If you notice persistent odors after proper installation, ensure the filter is seated correctly and that the litter is changed regularly. If the issue continues, contact our support team for a replacement or troubleshooting assistance.

Do the filters affect the litter’s clumping ability?

No. The filter sits beneath the litter and does not interfere with clumping. It works independently to absorb gases and moisture, allowing the litter to perform its primary function without compromise.
