Activated Carbon Filters Harhana LR4 Cat Litter Box – 12 Pack Black

Description

Product Overview

Harhana presents a premium set of activated carbon filters specifically engineered for the LR4 self‑cleaning cat litter box. Crafted from high‑quality polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) plastics, each filter combines durability with a lightweight design, measuring 6 × 1.75 × 0.2 inches and weighing just 7.1 ounces. The core of each filter is a dense matrix of 200 grams of activated carbon, a material renowned for its exceptional ability to adsorb volatile compounds, neutralize unpleasant odors, and absorb excess moisture. This combination of robust construction and advanced filtration technology ensures that the waste drawer remains dry, odor‑free, and hygienic for an extended period, reducing the frequency of full‑box changes and enhancing overall litter box performance.

Usage

These filters are designed for effortless installation in any LR4 model, whether you are a first‑time cat owner or an experienced pet parent seeking a reliable upgrade. Simply remove the old filter, align the new black filter with the designated slot, and slide it into place; no tools, batteries, or additional accessories are required. Once installed, the filter begins working immediately, drawing odors away from the waste compartment and absorbing moisture that would otherwise cause clumping or bacterial growth. Ideal for multi‑cat households, apartments, and homes where odor control is paramount, the filters maintain a fresh environment for both you and your feline companions. They are also suitable for use in other compatible automatic litter boxes, offering versatile protection across a range of self‑cleaning systems.

For optimal performance, replace the filters every 8‑12 weeks depending on usage intensity and the number of cats using the litter box. Heavy‑use environments may benefit from more frequent changes.

Are these filters compatible with other litter box models?

While they are engineered for the LR4 model, many other automatic litter boxes with similar dimensions can accommodate the filters. Verify the internal dimensions of your box before purchasing.

Do the filters require any batteries or power source?

No. The filters are passive and rely solely on activated carbon to capture odors and moisture. They do not contain any electronic components or require batteries.

Can I recycle the used filters?

Yes. The plastic housing is made from recyclable polypropylene and polyethylene. Remove the carbon core and place the plastic components in your local recycling bin according to municipal guidelines.
