FAQ
Are these filters compatible with all hooded cat litter boxes?
These filters are designed to fit most standard hooded cat litter boxes. While they’re universal, we recommend checking your model’s specifications for compatibility if you have a unique or custom design.
How often should I replace the filters?
We recommend replacing them once per month for optimal odor control. However, depending on your cat’s usage and litter box frequency, you may need to replace them sooner — adjust based on your home’s smell levels.
Are these filters safe for my pets and children?
Yes, they are made with non-toxic natural coconut shell charcoal and do not contain harmful chemicals. They’re safe for both pets and humans and can be used in homes with children or sensitive individuals.
Can I use these filters if I have multiple cats?
Absolutely. The 12-pack is designed to last up to 12 months with monthly replacement, making it ideal for multi-cat households. Each bag provides consistent odor control regardless of the number of pets.
What happens if I don’t replace the filters regularly?
If not replaced on time, the filters may become saturated and less effective at neutralizing odors. This can lead to lingering smells in your home or even a buildup of odor-causing bacteria over time — so regular replacement is key for optimal performance.
